Sennheiser MKE2-3-K LEMO4T Lavalier Microphone
The MKE 2 is Sennheiser's subminiature omnidirectional condenser lavalier, a fixture on broadcast, theater, and film sets for decades. The omnidirectional capsule captures the voice evenly no matter how the wearer turns, so it stays consistent clipped to a lapel or hidden in wardrobe, and it shrugs off the popping and handling noise that catch out directional capsules. A pre-polarized condenser element and a 20 to 20,000 Hz response give it a full, natural voice with detail that survives a busy mix.
This version uses the high-output capsule rated at 31 mV/Pa and terminates in a 4-pin LEMO connector wired for Telex bodypack transmitters. The beige housing stays discreet against light wardrobe, and the kit includes the MZQ 222 clip and MZW 2 windscreen.
