Sennheiser MKE2-3-K LEMO4 Lavalier Microphone
The MKE 2 is Sennheiser's subminiature omnidirectional clip-on condenser, the lavalier that has miked theater stages, pulpits, and broadcast sets for decades. Its tiny capsule all but disappears under a lapel or on a headworn mount, and the omnidirectional pattern captures a full, natural voice without the proximity coloration or off-axis dropout of a directional element. A welded housing and the lightweight Umbrella Diaphragm shrug off sweat and humidity, so it holds up under the punishing conditions of live performance and daily broadcast use.
This MKE 2-3-K carries the high-output capsule rated at 31 mV/Pa and is terminated in a 4-pin LEMO connector for Vega and Shure bodypacks. It comes in a beige finish that hides against lighter clothing and skin tones, and ships with an MZQ222 clip and an MZW2 windscreen.
