Sennheiser MKE2-3-C Gold TA4F Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone

The MKE 2-3-C Gold is a professional sub-miniature omnidirectional condenser lavalier, the reduced-sensitivity member of the MKE 2 family. The lower 5 mV/Pa sensitivity is chosen deliberately for loud sources and close-worn placements: it keeps the capsule from overloading on a belting vocalist or a chest-mounted body mic while holding the same even, natural omni response the MKE 2 is known for. The umbrella-diaphragm capsule resists sweat and moisture through long stage and broadcast use.

This version terminates in a TA4F four-pin mini-XLR connector, wired to work with Shure and Telex bodypack transmitters, and ships in beige to blend against lighter skin and clothing. It is the bare microphone with no accessories, so it is intended as a replacement element or an add-on for an existing wireless rig.
