Sennheiser i30H-S Hanging Microphone System
The i30H-S is a hanging microphone set built around Sennheiser's ME 35 supercardioid condenser capsule, meant to suspend over a choir, stage, or meeting space from the ceiling rather than sit on a table. Aiming the supercardioid capsule down into the source picks up the ensemble while rejecting reflections off the back wall and ceiling, so the sound stays focused and feedback-resistant. The ME 35 delivers a 50 to 20,000 Hz response with low self-noise.
The set includes the ME 35 capsule together with an MZC 30 cable and an MZH 30 hanging mount that holds the capsule at the correct downward angle and suspends it cleanly from the run of cable. It connects on a standard XLR and runs on 12 to 48 volt phantom power.
