Lake People ANA-TOOL F844 Analog Distribution Amplifier
The ANA-TOOL F844 is a line-level distribution amplifier in a 19 inch, 1U frame. It holds two identical sections, each taking one balanced input to two balanced outputs, and a front-panel switch reconfigures the pair from two independent 1-in-2 splits to a single 1-in-4. Inputs are differentiated with high common mode rejection, so a long unbalanced-looking run does not bring hum into the split.
Front-panel spindle trimmers set level per section over a -12 to +12 dB range, which lets a split feed be trimmed to two destinations expecting different levels. Output impedance is 30 ohms to IRT specification, input impedance 20 kOhm, and both input and output handle above +25 dBu. THD+N stays under -100 dB across a 5 Hz to 40 kHz range. Internal 230 V or 115 V supply.
