Lake People G103D4 Dante Headphone Amplifier
The G103D4 takes the compact Lake People headphone amplifier onto an audio network. Four Dante channels arrive over a single RJ45 connection and feed a 24 bit converter with a signal to noise ratio above 105 dB, so a monitor position needs one network cable rather than an analog tie line.
Four power op-amps drive both a 6.3 mm and a 3.5 mm headphone connector from an output impedance below 1 ohm, and three internal gain settings adapt the amplifier to the headphones in use. An ALPS RK14 potentiometer behind an 18 mm aluminum knob handles level. Power is flexible: PoE over the same network cable, or USB-B, or USB-C. The case measures 105 x 42 x 163 mm.
