Hiwatt DR504 Combo 1x12

The DR504 combo puts Dave Reeves' circuit, with half the DR103's output valves, into a 1x12 cabinet: 50 watts over a Custom Hiwatt Fane F75. That is the configuration that reaches the edge of breakup at a volume a control room can live with.

Four ECC83s feed two EL34s. Normal and Bright channels take pedals without needing an effects loop and hand them back unchanged, and a Fane Purpleback 150 is available as a speaker upgrade.
