Hiwatt DR504 Combo 2x12

Two 12-inch Custom Hiwatt Fane F75s under a 50-watt DR504 chassis. The 2x12 combo trades the 1x12's portability for a wider and louder spread of the same hand-wired Dave Reeves circuit.

The output stage runs two EL34s off four ECC83s, half the DR103's valve count and the reason this amp starts to break up at recording rather than stage volume. Normal and Bright channels each take high- and low-impedance inputs, and the Fane Purpleback 150 is offered as a speaker upgrade.
