ESE HD-206/SD/1 Standalone HD & SD SDI Video Time & Date Inserter

The HD-206/SD/1 overlays time and date text directly onto an HD or SD-SDI video signal, automatically detecting which format is present so the same box covers both without a mode switch. Up to 30 characters of user-defined text can be placed across two independent character windows, in any of ten font sizes and a choice of grayscale or six solid colors.

Setup runs from front-panel controls with an LCD readout, or from a PC over USB with ESE's supplied software, and embedded audio passes through untouched in HD mode. Multi-channel versions handle up to six independent video channels, with rackmount enclosures available for anything beyond two.
