ESE DV-228 1x8 3G/HD/SD-SDI Reclocking Distribution Amplifier

The DV-228 reclocks one 3G, HD or SD-SDI input to eight BNC outputs plus a non-reclocked loop, automatically detecting 270 Mb/s, 1.5 Gb/s or 3 Gb/s so a single unit serves SD, HD and 3G runs alike. Reclocking and equalization put a clean edge back on the outgoing signal before it fans out to eight destinations.

Standard 1694A coax reach is 400 m at 270 Mb/s, 200 m at 1.5 Gb/s and 140 m at 3 Gb/s, and the unit is DVB-ASI compliant at 270 Mb/s. It needs only AC power, no external supply, and fits a compact diecast enclosure sized for a production or master control rack.
