ESE HD-455/SD/1 SMPTE/EBU Time Code Reader / HD & SD SDI Video Inserter

The HD-455/SD/1 reads SMPTE-LTC/EBU, D-VITC or embedded RP-188 time code and inserts the result as on-screen text onto an HD or SD-SDI signal, tracking bi-directionally from a thirtieth up to twenty times play speed so the overlay stays correct through shuttle and jog. It automatically detects whether the video is SD or HD.

Up to 30 characters spread across two independent character windows in ten font sizes and seven colors, configured from front-panel controls with an LCD readout or from a PC over USB, and embedded audio passes through untouched in HD mode. One to six independent video channels are available.
