ESE ES209A Video/Audio Distribution Amplifier

The ESE ES-209A packs two distribution amplifiers into a single 1.75-inch rack chassis: a 1x12 analog video/tri-level sync DA and a 1x12 stereo audio DA. On the video side, a loop-thru input on two BNC connectors feeds twelve isolated BNC outputs, each carrying an identical 75-ohm signal with gain and high-frequency equalization trimmers to compensate cable runs. Video bandwidth reaches 10 MHz, and unused outputs need not be terminated.

The audio section accepts both unbalanced RCA and balanced XLR inputs and delivers an RCA active loop output plus twelve RCA distribution outputs per channel, with gain controls to set level. That combination lets one box fan a house sync or program feed out to a rack of monitors, routers and recorders. The standard unit runs on 110-120 VAC from a UL/CSA wall supply, with 220-240 VAC and UL options available.
