Crestron HD-CTL-101 8K Smart Display Controller
The HD-CTL-101 is an 8K smart display controller with HDMI connectivity that handles display power without a control processor in the rack. It can switch a screen on and off by schedule, by room occupancy, or on video sync detection, which covers most of what a huddle room, signage panel or classroom display actually needs.
CEC over the HDMI connection drives the source and the display directly, and RS-232, IR and relay control are available for equipment that does not speak CEC. It suits unified communications, digital signage and presentation spaces, and in residential systems the same relays run devices such as garage doors and TV lifts.
