Crestron CAEN-BLOCK-CENCN-2-POE Ethernet to Cresnet Bridge
The CAEN-BLOCK-CENCN-2-POE replaces the plain termination block when the lighting enclosure needs to be on the network rather than on a Cresnet home run. One 802.3at PoE+ port carries both the data and the power, and the bridge presents two separate Cresnet subnets in server mode so a large panel can be split without adding hardware.
A front-panel USB 2.0 device port handles console setup, and an SD or SDHC card slot stores log files locally, which is worth having when a lighting fault has to be reconstructed after the fact. Two 5-pin headers connect the CLX Series modules on either side; interconnect cables are included.
