Crestron CHV-TSTAT-FCU-PIR-10-W-T 0-10V Fan-Coil Thermostat with PIR, White Textured

The CHV-TSTAT-FCU-PIR-10-W-T drives fan coil units with 0-10V signals rather than contacts, which is what allows a modulating chilled or heating water valve to sit part open instead of cycling. Cooling is fully modulating on 0-10V at up to 20 mA sink or source; heating on the 0-10V output is on or off at 0V and 10V, with a separate relay output available for a traditional heating element. Fan speed is four discrete voltage levels for off, low, medium and high rather than a continuous ramp.

A built-in passive infrared sensor detects vacancy, so climate control is not spent on an empty hotel room or apartment. The backlit LCD shows current room temperature, setpoint, mode and fan setting, and the large front buttons cover heat and cool mode, fan speed, temperature scale and setpoint adjustment. It works standalone or joins a Crestron control system over Cresnet, drawing about 1.5 W with Cresnet at 24VDC and the HVAC side at 24VAC. Setpoints run 38 to 89 degrees F for heat and 59 to 99 degrees F for cool, with 1 degree F accuracy over the full range. Finish is white textured.
