Chauvet DJ Intimidator Spot 475ZX

The Intimidator Spot 475ZX is the top of Chauvet DJ's moving-head range - a 250W cool white LED making 10,710 lumens at 5,700K, measured at 90,979 lux at 2 meters in its tightest 13-degree zoom position. Motorized zoom runs to 28 degrees, so the same fixture works as a mid-air effect and as a stage wash-out spot across a large room.

It carries two gobo wheels: seven rotating, indexing, slot-n-lock patterns plus open on the first, and eight indexing patterns plus open on the second, which allows layered projections. Seven colours plus white scroll with split positions, motorized focus holds the image, and a 5-facet linear and 6-facet round prism rotate bi-directionally. Data comes in on 3- or 5-pin XLR at 10 or 16 DMX channels; an onboard USB-C port takes firmware updates without a dongle, and a built-in RF receiver works with the optional RFC or RFC-XL. It draws 378W at 120V, links three units per circuit, and weighs 36.2 lb.
