CAD Audio CAD Astatic PX5002 500W x 2-Channel Power Amplifier
The PX5002 is a Class D two-channel power amplifier that switches between stereo, mono parallel and bridge modes, so one box covers a two-zone paging install or a single higher-power run depending on the day's needs. In bridge mode at 4 ohms it delivers 1000W to a single load; run stereo, it puts out 300W per channel at 8 ohms or 500W at 4 ohms.
Balanced XLR inputs and loop outputs make daisy-chaining multiple amps straightforward, and Speakon speaker outputs keep connections locked in for permanent installs. A peak limiter protects loudspeakers from clipping damage, and a switchable 75 Hz low-cut filter keeps subsonic content out of paging horns and ceiling speakers.
