BSS BLU-806 Signal Processor with Dante / AES67
The BLU-806 carries the same 800 MHz DSP and up to 16-channel modular card system as the BLU-160, analog, digital, AEC, or telephone hybrid I/O in any mix, but adds native Dante and AES67 networked audio alongside BLU link, so it bridges a Soundweb London system directly into an AV-over-IP network without a separate audio transport card. That makes it the processor to specify when a building's audio backbone is Dante rather than a dedicated BLU link run.
It is EN 54-16 compliant for life safety and voice alarm applications, and the same 256-channel, low-latency, fault-tolerant BLU link bus still ties it to other Soundweb London devices over Cat5e or fiber. Twelve control inputs and six logic outputs handle contact-closure integration, and it configures in HiQnet Audio Architect alongside the rest of a BLU-series deployment.
