Avantone Pro CDMK Series Complete Drum Microphone Kits

The CDMK kits cover a drum kit end to end with matched Avantone microphones, PK-1 Pro-Klamp rim mounts, SSM metal shockmounts, and a tweed case, so nothing else has to be sourced. Every kit starts from the same core: a MONDO on the kick, an ADM on the snare, and ATOM dynamics on the toms, all cardioid dynamics rated to 145 dB.

The kit number is the microphone count. CDMK-4 covers kick, snare, and two toms; CDMK-5 adds a third tom. CDMK-6 and CDMK-7 add a pair of CK-1 FET condensers as overheads, and CDMK-8 adds a third CK-1 in hypercardioid for the hi-hat. The CK-1 condensers take 48 V phantom and handle 138 dB; the dynamics need no power.
