Avantone Pro CK-40 Stereo True Condenser Microphone
CK-40 is a stereo true condenser built around two dual-plate 35 mm gold-sputtered brass capsules in a single housing, each independently switchable between cardioid, omnidirectional, and figure-8, so the microphone covers M/S and X/Y stereo setups from one stand position. Frequency response runs a flat 20 Hz to 20 kHz +/- 3 dB with maximum SPL of 147 dB before clipping.
Each capsule draws standard 48 V phantom power at 3 mA, and output runs through an included breakout box on a 5-pin male XLR to split the stereo signal into two standard cables. An 80 Hz high-pass filter and -10 dB attenuation switch are provided per capsule, finished in the same polished nickel and Cabernet red as the rest of the line.
