Audio Technica ATCS-A60MX Long Range Antenna Mixer

The ATCS-A60MX is the hub of Audio-Technica's long-range infrared antenna system for the ATCS-60 conference system. It drives up to four ATCS-A60TX transmitting units and four ATCS-A60RX receiving units, more than doubling the working range of a standard ATCS-60 room so simultaneous interpretation and secure infrared audio distribution can cover larger halls and auditoriums.

Because an infrared signal cannot pass through walls the way a UHF radio signal can, ATCS-60 rooms stay acoustically private by design; the A60MX simply lets that same security scale to bigger spaces. Up to four A60MX mixers can be connected to an ATCS-C60 central unit for a maximum of sixteen transmitting and sixteen receiving units in one system. The unit carries a 1/4" thread for flexible mounting and connects to its transmitters and receivers over standard BNC cable.
