Universal Audio Apollo x16D Gen 2 Dante Audio Interface
Apollo x16D Gen 2 is the networked Apollo: the same 16-channel line-level front end and HEXA Core DSP, plus 16 x 16 Dante I/O. Up to four x16D units link into a 64-channel Dante system with network redundancy at 96 kHz, and AES67 mode at 48 kHz covers broadcast hardware outside the Dante ecosystem.
UAD Console runs the interface: Auto-Gain sets preamp levels for you, Plug-In Scenes recall a whole channel setup at once, and Apollo Monitor Correction by Sonarworks measures the room and corrects what you hear through monitors or headphones. The bundle version you choose decides how much of the UAD plug-in library ships with it.
