Tightrope Carousel CAR-SAGOLD-250 Gold Assurance Plan

Gold Assurance is Tightrope's annual coverage contract for the Carousel 250 media appliance. It bundles the pieces a signage operator relies on to keep a screen running: an extended hardware warranty, priority telephone support, software upgrade assistance, and annual training. Equipment under a Gold Assurance contract is given priority when it needs to be serviced.

Each contract covers a single CAR-250 and is billed annually. It is the coverage plan for a Carousel 250 already in service, keeping the appliance supported and its Carousel software current beyond the standard factory warranty rather than adding any new hardware.
