Gold Assurance is Tightrope's annual service plan for the Carousel 330 signage appliance. It keeps the unit covered with priority technical support and the current Carousel software releases, so the signage platform stays supported and current from year to year.

The plan renews annually and applies specifically to the CAR-330 it is purchased against. It is a coverage contract, not hardware or a software feature; it entitles the owner to Tightrope's Gold-tier support and software assurance for the covered appliance.
