Symetrix xIO XLR 1x1 Dante Endpoint
The xIO XLR 1x1 is a wall-mounted Dante endpoint carrying 1 mic/line input on locking XLR. The preamps are the point: studio-grade AD/DA conversion and transparent mic gain in 3 dB increments up to 51 dB, so a lectern or a wireless receiver arrives at the DSP without the noise floor a cheap plate would add. It also carries 1 line output, so a single plate handles both directions of a local connection.
The front panel is programmable rather than decorative. 1 button and 2 RGB LEDs are assigned in Composer, so the plate can mute a mic, recall a preset, or show system state and give an installer somewhere to look during a fault call. Power comes over the same Ethernet run at PoE 802.3af, and Dante runs at 48 or 96 kHz. The body is die-cast zinc in a Single gang size, with a Decora-compatible faceplate that snaps on without visible screws and a thumb notch that makes the connector easy to seat and release.
