Symetrix xIO Bluetooth Dante Endpoint
The xIO Bluetooth puts a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver on the wall and drops its audio directly onto the Dante network, so a phone or laptop becomes just another source in Composer with no cable to hand out and no boundary box on a credenza. The Bluetooth mode is selectable between media only, phone only, or both, which keeps a background-music plate from ringing when someone takes a call on it.
Security and behaviour are set in software rather than left open: a selectable PIN code restricts pairing, pairing memory can be limited to a single device or kept for several, and an LED blackout mode hides the indicators in a darkened room. Power and audio share the one Ethernet run over PoE 802.3af Class 0. The plate is single-gang, US or Euro, black or white, and takes a standard Decora faceplate. Up to 128 devices are supported per Site File.
