Sony STR-AZ3000ES 9.2-Channel 8K ES AV Receiver

The STR-AZ3000ES moves up to nine amplified channels, enough for a 5.2.4 Atmos layout without an external amplifier, and drives speakers down to 4 ohms. Four 8K-capable HDMI inputs and two outputs pass 8K and 4K/120 with Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG, and it is IMAX Enhanced certified with Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and 360 Spatial Sound Mapping on board.

Zone 2 can be fed from dedicated speaker outputs with variable level, from a line output, or over HDMI, and the receiver has one IR input and two IR outputs for integration. Digital Cinema Auto Calibration IX with Speaker Relocation handles room tuning. The larger 430 x 194 x 440 mm chassis weighs 19.0 kg and draws 440 W; calibration microphone, stand, FM antenna, power cord and remote are included.
