Shure AD4Q-DC
The AD4Q is the four-channel receiver at the heart of Shure Axient Digital, packing four independent channels of reception into a single rack space. It combines wide tuning up to 184 MHz, very low 2 ms latency, and a High Density mode that lets a system run dozens of active transmitters per TV channel, so a large production can stay clean where spectrum is scarce. Quadversity lets an engineer spread two antenna pairs across separate zones or double up in one, extending reliable coverage across a big stage or venue.
This DC-module version adds a redundant DC power input so the receiver can run from a backup supply, insurance for broadcast and touring rigs where a dropout is not an option. Outputs cover analog XLR plus AES3 and Dante/AES67 networked audio, transmission is protected by 256-bit AES encryption, and the receiver works with AD1, ADX1, ADX1M, AD2, ADX2, and ADX2FD transmitters. It ships in A (470-636 MHz), B (606-810 MHz), or C (750-960 MHz) tuning bands with locking power and jumper cables, a BNC bulkhead adapter, coaxial antenna, BNC and Ethernet cables, a rackmount kit, and a user guide.
