Sennheiser EW-DX EM 2 Digital Wireless Receiver
The EW-DX EM 2 is a two-channel, half-rack receiver for Sennheiser's EW-DX digital wireless line, built for productions that need a straight analog and AES3 output rather than a Dante network card. It runs both channels off automatic frequency management, scanning the spectrum to build a clean, equidistant frequency grid without manual coordination.
Sennheiser's SePAC codec keeps latency to about 1.9 ms and a wide dynamic range, so the receiver stays transparent whether it is running a lavalier on a soft-spoken presenter or a handheld on a loud vocalist. AES 256 encryption protects the RF link, and the receiver ships ready to pair with any EW-DX bodypack or handheld transmitter tuned to the same frequency range.
