Sennheiser EW-DX SK / SKM-S Base Set Evolution Digital Wireless System
The EW-DX SK / SKM-S Base Set is the flexible starting point for Sennheiser's EW-DX digital wireless platform. It bundles both transmitter form factors on one two-channel receiver: an EW-DX SKM-S handheld with a mute switch and an EW-DX SK bodypack, feeding a single EW-DX EM 2 rackmount receiver. It suits a room that needs a handheld for vocals or speech and a bodypack for a lavalier or instrument.
Because it is a base set, the microphone capsules and lavaliers are chosen and purchased separately, so the system can be matched to the exact voice or source. The EW-DX platform delivers 1.9 ms latency through Sennheiser's SePAC codec, up to 12 hours of runtime on the included BA 70 packs, and quick multi-channel coordination. Offered in Q1-9, R1-9, and V5-7 frequency ranges.
