The sE4400 pairs a hand-crafted 1 inch gold-sputtered true condenser capsule with four selectable patterns: cardioid, hypercardioid, omnidirectional and figure-8. One mic covers close vocals, a figure-8 side for mid-side, and Blumlein or spaced pairs when you buy two, and its 22 Ohm output keeps long runs clean.

Switchable 10 and 20 dB attenuation raises the ceiling to 157 dB SPL, and the 40 or 80 Hz low-cut trims proximity buildup on close sources. Each mic ships in a metal case with a custom shockmount and thread adapter; the matched pair adds a stereo mounting bar.
