sE Electronics V BEAT Dynamic Drum Microphone

The V BEAT is sE's dedicated snare and tom microphone. It carries the same aluminium voice coil supercardioid capsule as the V7 X, but in a 110 mm body that clamps close to a rim without sitting in the drummer's stick path. Response runs from 30 Hz to 19 kHz.

The supercardioid pattern is what keeps hi-hat and cymbal bleed out of the tom channels. It pairs with the V CLAMP for rim mounting. A thread adapter, zipper pouch, spare black internal windscreen and a knurled nut for third-party accessories are included. Mics supplied inside V PACKs come without the pouch and spare windscreen.
