Rode NT4 Stereo Cardioid Condenser Microphone
The NT4 captures true stereo from a single microphone by fixing a matched pair of half-inch cardioid condenser capsules in a coincident 90-degree X/Y array. That geometry gives a wide, mono-compatible stereo image with no phase problems, making it a fast, reliable choice for location recording, ensembles, drum kits, and room ambience.
It powers from either an internal 9V battery for grab-and-go field work or P48 phantom power in the studio, and offers both a stereo XLR output and a 3.5 mm stereo minijack for cameras and recorders. The kit ships complete with the RM3 stand mount, a ZP2 zip pouch, a dual XLR cable, a minijack cable, and a WS4 windscreen.
