MuxLab 100524 HDMI Extender Kit, 60m, UHD-4K

The 100524 kit carries uncompressed HDMI over a single Cat6 run, holding 4K/30 4:4:4 to 40m and 1080p to 60m. It is HDMI 1.4, HDCP 1.4, and DVI 1.0 compliant, and passes Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD, and PCM 7.1 Master Audio through to the far end.

PoC runs one-way from the transmitter to the receiver, so only one end needs a power supply at the wall. The transmitter carries an HDMI loop-out for a local display, EDID can be copied from either the far display or the loop-out display, and a one-way IR port lets the far end control the source.
