MuxLab 100504 HDMI 2.0 Extender Kit, 50M

The 100504-V2 sends an HDMI 2.0 source up to 164 feet (50m) over a single Cat5e/6 cable at full 4K/60Hz 4:4:4, with 18Gbps of bandwidth and HDCP 2.2 compliance so protected sources still display. HDR content passes through intact.

Power over Cable means only one end needs a wall adapter; the other unit draws power down the same Cat5e/6 run. A one-way IR pass-through lets a remote at the display end reach a source rack on the other side of the building.
