Miller 184 DS20 Fluid Head
The Miller DS20 (model 184) is a 75mm fluid head built for larger camcorders and rigged setups from 11 to 22 lb. It uses the same precision ball bearing and fluid drag plate design as the DS10, scaled up to carry heavier payloads with the same smooth starts and soft stops through both pan and tilt. A two position counterbalance cancels the pull of the camera weight across the tilt so the head holds its framing when your hands come off the pan bar.
The 75mm claw ball levels quickly on any matching bowl, and a 60mm sliding camera plate leaves plenty of travel to balance a fully accessorised rig. The head tilts +90 degrees to -75 degrees and pans a continuous 360 degrees, with a caliper disc brake for the pan and tilt locks. The removable plate carriage accepts both 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch camera screws for broad body compatibility.
