Miller 1090CX2 Fluid Head

The Miller CX2 (model 1090) is a 75mm fluid head from Miller's CompassX line, built for compact camera and mirrorless setups up to 17.6 lb. Its headline feature is the CB Plus counterbalance system, which offers 15+0 selectable positions for fine, precise balancing across a wide payload spread. Because pan, tilt, and counterbalance can all be set to zero, even the lightest camera can be supported without the head fighting back.

Pan and tilt drag each provide 3+0 selectable positions, stepping cleanly from very light for whip pans to firm for controlled moves. A 60mm sliding camera plate gives the travel to find the balance point on a bare body or an accessorised rig, and the 75mm ball levels quickly on any matching tripod bowl.
