Magewell Director Mini All-in-One Live Production System

The Magewell Director Mini folds a whole small live production into one hand-sized unit with a 5.44-inch AMOLED touchscreen. It switches, adds graphics, streams, records, and monitors, taking up to two HDMI, two USB-A, two NDI|HX2 or HX3, and three SRT or RTMP sources, plus a smartphone or a media file, so a multi-camera talk or service runs off one operator without a laptop. Embedded audio arrives on the HDMI and USB inputs alongside a 3.5mm analog input.

It encodes video up to 1080p60 at bitrates to 30Mbps and streams to two destinations at once over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, using SRT, RTMP, or NDI|HX3 to reach YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Live, or a production network. The bright AMOLED screen is the control surface and the confidence monitor at the same time, which keeps the whole kit down to something that fits in a bag.
