Lowel TOTALEDXL

The Tota LED XL is Lowel's answer to the old Tota flood: a daylight LED panel split into three hinged sections that you open out flat for a broad 60-degree wash, or angle inward to shape and contain the beam. Its 216 daylight emitters put out 11,200 lux at 3 ft, fixed at 5600K, and hold a CRI above 96 and a TLCI above 98, so skin tones and fabric read correctly straight out of the fixture. Cooling is entirely passive, with no fan anywhere in the head, which means it is genuinely silent and safe to bring into an interview room or a booth where a fan would land on the track.

Power and control live in a separate stand-mounted box that combines the driver, the dimmer, the AC supply, and a V-lock battery plate in one unit, so you can run it off mains at 90-240V or off a V-mount battery without adding hardware. Dimming is full-range, from 100 percent down to zero in one-percent steps with an LCD readout, and the head folds down to travel. It mounts on a 5/8 in. receiver that takes it vertically or horizontally on a stand, and ships with removable barndoors with gel retainer clips, the V-lock battery mount, the AC power supply, and a soft case with a custom foam insert.
