Kramer WP-20 4K60 4:2:0 HDMI & VGA Wall-Plate Auto Switcher/Transmitter over Extended-Reach PoE HDBaseT with Maestro Room Automation

The WP-20 mounts in a standard 2-gang wall box and gives a room one HDMI input and one VGA input that auto-switch to a single HDBaseT output - whichever source is active plays, based on priority or last-connected preference, and a local or remote contact-closure button overrides it manually. Built-in Maestro room automation goes further than switching: it can trigger lights, shades and other room devices off input/output connectivity, routing changes or button presses, so a meeting starts itself when a laptop plugs in rather than needing a separate control processor for a one-room setup.

HDMI passes through at up to 4K@60Hz (4:2:0) with HDCP 1.4, Deep Color, x.v.Color and 3D per HDMI 2.0, and Kramer's I-EDIDPro handles EDID so sources and displays negotiate correctly without manual configuration. The extension link carries video, PoE power, Ethernet and bidirectional RS-232 over one twisted-pair cable - up to 100m at 4K or 180m at 1080p in HDBaseT ultra mode - and an auto-detected analog audio input can be embedded into the HDMI output for a presenter to talk over program audio. Status LEDs for HDMI, VGA and HDBT ports make on-site troubleshooting straightforward, and firmware updates run locally or remotely over RS-232 or Ethernet.
