The Irix 150mm f/2.8 Dragonfly Macro 1:1 focuses from 34 cm to infinity and reaches life-size reproduction, with a 270 degree focus throw that gives the resolution needed at close range. Twelve elements in nine groups and an 11-blade rounded iris that closes to f/32 cover both the depth of field and the rendering side of macro work, while f/2.8 keeps it usable as a straight portrait telephoto.

A tripod collar with an Arca Swiss compatible foot is included, along with a hood, caps and a case. The Dragonfly barrel is metal-reinforced with a scratch-resistant finish and engraved UV reactive markings, sealed in five key areas, and focus can be locked at any distance.
