DOD Carcosa Fuzz Pedal
The Carcosa is an analog fuzz whose range runs from thick saturation to torn, splattered textures. BEFORE sets how much fuzz the circuit makes, AFTER biases it - from woody fuzz that cleans up off the guitar volume knob through to broken, vowel-like sustain - and OUTPUT has enough range to work as a boost on its own. A HI-CUT control pulls back top-end detail, with DOD suggesting 9:00 as a starting point.
The DEMHE/HALI toggle switches the voicing: DEMHE boosts bass and low mids for a clean channel, HALI cuts bass so the pedal stays defined into a dirty one. It is true bypass, presents 500 kilohm at the 1/4-inch input and 1 kilohm at the output, draws 4 mA, and runs from a 9V battery or a PS0913DC adapter.
