Crestron Ultimate IC8-DT-AW 8 in. Stereo Dual Tweeter All Weather In-Ceiling Speaker

A dual tweeter speaker exists for rooms that only have one place to put a speaker: a hallway, a small bathroom, a walk-in closet. The IC8-DT-AW takes both channels on two separate 2-pin inputs, drives a 1 in. ceramic-coated aluminium dome tweeter from each, and sums them into a shared 8 in. carbon fibre woofer, giving a stereo image from a single 8.66 in. cutout.

The crossover is 30 dB per octave at 3.5 kHz, response runs 38 Hz to 20 kHz at 3 dB, and it handles 150 W program and 300 W peak at 8 ohms nominal and 86 dB sensitivity. Fitting is the same toolless bayonet system used across the range, with a paintable magnetic steel bezel grille and IP66 protection.
