Crestron HD-EXT-USB-2000-C 4K HDMI and USB HDBaseT Extender

The HD-EXT-USB-2000-C is a point-to-point extender for HDMI, USB 2.0, RS-232, IR and Ethernet, with analog audio input and output alongside the HDMI video. It is aimed squarely at the room with one display and one USB camera at the far end of a long cable run from the equipment cabinet, a PC, or a Crestron Mercury tabletop system.

The transmitter and receiver pair may sit up to 330 feet (100 meters) apart depending on resolution and cable type, with everything carried over a single twisted pair run. USB extension in both directions is what makes it usable for conferencing rather than display-only.
