BZBGear BG-H3GS HDMI to 3G-SDI Converter

The BG-H3GS converts HDMI with embedded audio to SD, HD or 3G-SDI at up to 2.970 Gbit/s, so a camera, laptop or player can feed an SDI infrastructure. Input resolutions run from 480i and 720p through 1080i to 1080p60.

A 1080p60 source converts to 3G-SDI and travels up to 100 m; drop to 480i and SD-SDI carries it to 300 m. The unit is 80 x 41 x 25 mm in a metal case, weighs 150 g, runs on 5 to 12V DC and draws 5W at most, which makes it a sensible thing to keep in a kit bag.
