Blackmagic ATEM Talkback Converter 4K

The ATEM Talkback Converter 4K adds SDI talkback for up to 8 cameras in a single rack unit, using the embedded audio channels 15 and 16 already present in the SDI stream so no extra cabling runs to the camera positions. It provides 12G-SDI BNC connections that handle every format from SD through Ultra HD up to 2160p60, and a loop-through lets you chain units together when a production runs more than eight cameras.

An optical fiber socket accepts an SFP module for extending camera distances over single-mode fiber with standard LC connectors when a run is too long for copper. On the intercom side it has push-to-talk buttons, support for tough aviation and common headsets, a built-in speaker and a front-panel mic input. The chassis is 1RU and less than 6 inches deep, with 100 to 240V AC power and a redundant 12 to 31V DC input. It carries Blackmagic part number BMD-SWRCONVRCKT4K8.
