Blackmagic SmartScope Duo 4K 2 Switch
The SmartScope Duo 4K 2 puts broadcast-accurate signal analysis on two independent 8-inch LCDs in a slim 3RU chassis less than an inch thick. Instead of judging a picture by eye, you can read it: choose from waveform, vectorscope, RGB parade, YUV parade, histogram, and audio phase and level displays. Because each screen is independent, one can show a live picture while the other runs a scope, or both can run different scopes at once, so it does the work of separate dedicated instruments.
A 10-bit loop-through SDI output switches automatically between SD, HD and 6G-SDI and re-clocks the signal on the way out, and 16 channels of embedded audio ride along for the audio displays. An on-screen tally border works with standard tally systems, a 9-pin D connector handles tally wiring, and the unit is configured over Ethernet using Blackmagic's software.
