Blackmagic SmartView 4K G3 Ultra HD Broadcast Monitor

The SmartView 4K G3 is an Ultra HD broadcast monitor that speaks both 12G-SDI and SMPTE-2110 IP video, so it drops into modern IP based plants as easily as it does traditional SDI rooms. Its 15.6-inch 3840 x 2160 LCD resolves detail up to DCI 4K60, and two 12G-SDI inputs cover rates from 270Mb through 12G. An SFP optical fiber cage accepts either 2110 IP video or optical SDI, letting one monitor sit at the end of a long fiber run or a copper feed.

On the IP side it supports SMPTE-2110-20 uncompressed video, -21 timing, -30 audio and -40 ancillary data, with a 10Gb/s RJ-45 connector for the network link. Monitoring tools include 3D LUTs, focus peaking, H/V delay, blue only and framing guides. It fits a 6RU space and takes AC or 12V DC power.
