Blackmagic Video Assist 7" 3G

The Video Assist 7 inch 3G is a portable monitor, recorder, scope, and camera viewfinder in one, giving any SDI or HDMI camera better record codecs and a large 7 inch screen. The 1920 x 1200 touchscreen carries four built-in scopes, enhanced focus assist, a tally indicator, and built-in 3D LUTs, and it supports formats up to 1080p60 for HD work.

Dual UHS-I SD card slots record Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHD, and a USB-C port serves webcam output, setup, and software updates. Two balanced mini XLR inputs with phantom power handle location audio, micro BNC SDI and HDMI both loop through, and the body takes two Sony NP-F style L-Series batteries for extended runtime alongside its 12V supply. A 2.5mm LANC input controls record start and stop.
