Blackmagic Cloud Dock 2

Blackmagic Cloud Dock 2 turns two of your own 2.5-inch disks into shared network storage over 10G Ethernet. Both bays are removable and hot-swappable, and they take SATA hard drives or SSDs as well as high-performance U.2 disks, so you decide the capacity and speed rather than paying for fixed storage. In a half-width, single rack unit chassis it slots neatly into an edit suite or a machine room.

Two 10G BASE-T Ethernet ports connect it to the network, and a USB-C 3.0 port (up to 5Gb/s) doubles as Ethernet over USB for a direct connection to a single workstation. An HDMI monitor output shows storage, connection and sync activity in real time, and built-in Dropbox and Google Drive sync distributes files beyond the local network.
